1-2-1 Personal training is great for people with injuries and specific goals.
Personal training sessions are 1 hour long, where you work with a coach dedicated specifically to your needs. When you first meet your coach they will assess your movement and abilities and talk with you on what you want to achieve out of your sessions. They will then build a training and nutrition plan based on your needs to get you maximum results. Getting you feeling great.

Small Group Personal Training (S.G.P.T.)

What small group personal training?
With only a handful of participants in each session, our coaches have the time to give each person individualised instruction and training.
Small group training consists of one coach working with a group of three to six clients. Keeping the group to a 6-person max allows the coach to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant's safety, form, and alignment.
